Customer Support and Sales Coordinator
Job Overview
Location: Welshpool, WA
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
Pay: $60,000 - $65,000 Salary plus super
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Customer Support and Sales Coordinator to join Bushdoof. This role will be available from September 2025 and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing enquiries, and building sales relationships.
What you’ll be doing:

Managing customer support tickets via email and online platforms.
- Answering phone calls and assisting customers with enquiries.
- Processing and handling product returns.
- Managing warranty requests and ensuring efficient resolutions.
- Supporting business sales relations and nurturing leads.
- Helping with event scheduling when required.

Collaborating with the team to deliver a premium customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
- Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
- Experience with Shopify, Podium or Slack is a bonus.
- Previous experience in customer service, fulfilment, or warehousing
