100 Series Headlight Installation Guide
Follow this step-by-step guide to correctly install your Bushdoof Lighting 100 Series headlights. This guide covers wiring the adaptor harness, matching wire colours, and ensuring the factory plug is connected correctly. Photos are included to help confirm the correct orientation and make the installation as simple as possible.
Match the wire colours on the headlight side to the corresponding colours on the adaptor harness. Ensure the factory red and black plug is connected to the correct side of the adaptor, as shown in the reference photos.
In some cases the connection may appear to be plugged in backwards. This is normal. The adaptor harness is designed to be universal, and because Toyota vehicles use a negatively switched system, the connection can look reversed. A cable tie is included to secure the plug in place once connected.
