Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Processing time is 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are not dispatched on weekends.

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has shipped.

2. Free Shipping (AU/NZ Only)

  • Orders over $250 AUD receive free standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand.
  • Orders under $250 incur a shipping fee calculated at checkout.

3. Free Express Shipping (During Promotions)

During select sale periods, we may offer free express shipping at checkout.

  • Australia Post Express: 1–5 business days
  • TNT Road Express: 3–7 business days

If these express options are unavailable, we’ll contact you with alternative delivery options.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times depend on the courier, delivery location, and selected method. These are estimates only:

Tracking will be provided via email once your order has left our warehouse.

5. Custom Headlights & Made-to-Order Items

All custom headlights and made-to-order products have lead times prior to dispatch.

  • Estimated build times are displayed on each product page
  • These lead times are indicative only and may vary based on order volume and product complexity
  • Once built, your item will be shipped with tracking details and an updated ETA

6. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected regions. Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes vary by destination and carrier
  • You may be responsible for import taxes, customs duties, or fees charged by your local authorities
  • Bushdoof is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance

7. Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

Your order may be delivered by a local courier or postal service.

  • If no one is available to accept the delivery, a collection card or notification will be left
  • It is your responsibility to collect the item from the designated collection point
  • If an item is returned to sender due to incorrect or incomplete address details, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery

8. Important Delivery Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order
  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather, or other external factors
  • If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend selecting Express Shipping at checkout
