What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Afterpay, and Zip Pay. Afterpay & ZipPay are processed at the end of the checkout experience.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need to make changes, contact our support team immediately. Once an order is packed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, we offer local pickup from our Perth based Warehouse.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

Yes, we occasionally run promotions or bundle deals. Sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated.

How can I track my order?

Tracking details are sent via email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Standard delivery takes 2–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or regional areas may take longer.

How much does shipping cost?

Orders over $250 AUD receive free standard shipping within Australia and New Zealand. Orders under $250 will have shipping calculated at checkout.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, AusPost Express, TNT Express & DHL are our only express services. Available options will show at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). This excludes Custom-built orders. You’ll receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all packaging and components. View our Returns & Refund Policy for more information.

How do I request a return or refund?

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for return. We'll provide instructions based on your situation.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Can I return custom-built headlights?

No. Custom-built headlights are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Warranty

What warranty do you offer?

All products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Custom-Built Bi-LED Headlights have a 3-year limited warranty. LED Whip Lights include a lifetime limited warranty.

What does your warranty cover?

We cover faults in materials, electronics, workmanship, water ingress (if installed correctly), and LED failure not caused by damage or modification.

What is not covered under warranty?

Warranty does not cover physical damage, misuse, incorrect installation, modifications, or general wear and tear.

How do I submit a warranty claim?

How long does a warranty claim take to process?

Most warranty claims are resolved within 1-3 business days once we receive all required information.

Products

Will this fit my vehicle?

To check if a product suits your vehicle, use our Vehicle Fitment Guide. Just select your make, model and year to see everything compatible. If you’re still unsure, reach out with your details and our team will confirm it for you.

Are your lights plug and play?

Most of our Headlights and Tail Lights are designed to be plug and play for a simple install. All our lights with RGB functions will require basic wiring, you can find out whats involved by checking out our Installation Guides

When will a product be restocked?

If a product is out of stock, you can sign up for restock alerts using the 'Notify Me' feature on the product page.

Do your headlights comply with Australian regulations?

Most are designed for off-road use only, unless specified otherwise. We are working towards ADR compliance in numerous variants.

Do your products include installation instructions?

Yes. Most products include printed instructions or a QR code linking to digital setup guides on our Help Centre.

Can I install these myself?

Many products are designed for DIY installation, but we recommend professional installation for complex electrical components.
