Silver Pearl, sitting tall on 37s and built to be driven. Zac O'Bree's 2022 Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series wears the LESSSGO plates around WA, from the sand at Steep Point to the red dirt out west, and it is every bit a working tourer as it is a head turner.

The 1VD-FTV V8 runs a GTurbo Warrior package, tuned to 413hp and 1050nm on 37s with a multi map, breathing through a Red Hot 5 inch snorkel and exhaust. A 110ah lithium sits behind the seat to keep the camp gear running. Zac calls the exhaust system his favourite mod, and with that much air moving through the V8 it is easy to see why.

Underneath it runs a 6 inch lift on Superior shocks and PSR flexi coils, rolling on 17x9 Dirty Life wheels with a negative 13 offset wrapped in 37x12.5 Nitto Trail Grapplers. An ARB big tube bar and side rails, ARB sliders, an X bar rear and a Rhino Rack up top handle the protection and load carrying, with a Red Hot Engineering tray out back turning it into a proper flat bed tourer.

Lighting is where it comes alive. Blacked out Angry Eye headlights and a bank of STEDI pods light up the front, Bushdoof Jimny tray tail lights finish the rear, and a full set of CX6 RGBW rock lights wash the whole rig in colour after dark. Park it at sunset and the halos glow, the underbody lights up and the thing looks like it belongs on a screen.

Inside is just as considered, with a CSS 300 Series forged carbon steering wheel, Corby's Customs door trims and roof lining, a Department of Interior centre console and Huracan Fab seats. Steep Point is the favourite camp, the beach runs are the reward, and the plan from here is simple. Get out and enjoy it.
